Remember your first car? Check this out…

Ok, friends….this is cool.   Find your first car…the one you drove in high school or college; hopefully your car brochure is available. This has to be one of the best web sites I’ve seen in a while!

Whether you have gasoline in your veins, or not, it’s fun to look up that favorite vehicle!
This website features the original factory brochures for nearly every American car you’ve ever owned.
Pick the manufacturer, year, and model.

two beautiful classics…

How about this?  Two beautiful ladies in their advanced years!!

This is priceless. Notice at the very end when she steps on a little red towel to get into the car so she won’t dirty the running board, then picks it up and puts it in the car so she can use it when she gets out! Precious lady!!!!

An amazing lady, 101 years old driving an 81 year old car and polishes it and changes the oil and spark plugs herself. This is a real hoot!

how long have you had YOUR car?

Mr. Allen Swift ( Springfield , MA.) received this 1928 Rolls-Royce Picadilly P1 Roadster
from his father, brand new – as a graduation gift in 1928.
He drove it up until his death last year… the age of 102 !!!
He was the oldest living owner of a car from new. Just thought you’d like to see it.
He donated it to a Springfield museum after his death.
It has 1,070,000 miles on it, still runs like a Swiss watch, dead silent at any speed and is
in perfect cosmetic condition. (82 years)
That’s approximately 13,048 miles per year (1087 per month)…
