      1. I did! That’s actually a trick I learned when I was playing tennis. WAAAY back in the day. But the wet paper towel around the bottle in the freezer? Toilet paper rolls? USB port? Making a hole in your food for the microwave?
        I need to print these out!

    The sponge as an ice pack reminds me, sponges that we use on the counter get icky and germ-y. After you rinse and squeeze them out, saturate them again with clean water, put them in a small bowl, and microwave them for a minute or two (depending on the strength of your microwave) until they steam. This will kill all the germs that they tend to accumulate. I do this several times a week. Just be careful when you remove the sponge from the microwave. It will be hot. This works for dishcloths and bar rags too.
