Did you know that Yoga and Drinking are somehow closely related??  Let me explain with pictures….(for those of you that need a visual)

Savasana: position of total relaxation

Balasana: position that brings sensation of peace and calm.

Setu Bandha Sarvangasana: this position calms the brain and heals tired legs..

Marjayasana: this position stimulates the midriff and spinal column…

Halasana: excellent for back pain and insomnia..

Salambhasana: great exercise to stimulate the lumbar area, legs and arms…

Ananda Balasanda: great for massaging the hip area…

Pigeon: tones the body, gives flexibility and gets rid of stress…

See, people?  Research MUST be good because of studies like this.  I guess I feel a little silly because I didn’t realize how closely related exercise and alcohol were……..I’m so dumb……
