sea of galilee…

It may be one of the most well known bodies of water in all of the world.  It’s also known as a sweet water lake, which sounds more poetic than a fresh water lake.  It is located in Northern Israel and is in the shape of a lovely violin.  It is the Sea of Galilee……

In John chapter one, Jesus has been baptized by John the Baptist in the Jordan River.  Now, Jesus is going to Galilee where he finds Phillip.  vs. 43 “And Jesus said to him, “Follow Me.”

The nature of true christianity is following Jesus, devoting ourselves to Him and walking in His steps.  What a beautiful place to begin!  Jesus purposefully chose the Sea of Galilee for most of His short ministry here on earth.  He performed miracles on the water, fed the 5,000 and called his first disciples there.

You are going to enjoy an early morning boat ride in a replicated ancient fishing boat.  This was an unforgettable worship cruise! It was one of my  favorite places on my last trip.  You will be sailing where Jesus sailed! You will see where miracles were performed!

Every fiber in your body will be singing and praising our God in heaven, as Michelangelo leads us in worship.  The gentle ride will engage all your senses as you hear the soft guitar notes and the gentle lapping of the waves against the boat.  It is the most peaceful and relaxing experience you will know.

Bring your camera, bring your sweatshirt and bring your desire to walk where our Jesus walked.  Let Him speak to you as you travel on His journey.  You will have memories that will last a lifetime!

My memories are embedded in my soul……..yours will be too!!!  Go to www.medskeens.com and check out the brochure.  We want you there!!
